Kyosuke Fujiwara (1939–2020)
The second son of Kei Fujiwara, a Living National Treasure of Bizen ware.
He was a ceramic artist who developed a distinctive style known as “Bizen Shino,” combining elements of Bizen ware and Shino ware, and received numerous awards for his work.
A rectangular plate with an iron glaze beautifully merging with green tones, creating a practical and versatile form.
The condition is excellent.
As there are no visible stains on the unglazed underside, it is highly likely that the piece is unused.
