Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Once you receive your delivery, please inspect it for quality.

If any item arrives damaged, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and email detailed photos of the damage to: info@kinsen.tokyo

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.

To process your return, please include the following information:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Name of the item(s) being returned

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees and for providing necessary documents required by Customs in their country.

  • If import taxes are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund after deducting both the original and return shipping costs at the actual carrier rate.

  • Express shipments cannot be returned due to prohibitively high return fees (often exceeding the product price). In such cases, the parcel will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
