Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping method is Japan Post Air. A tracking number is not included with the default shipping option. Registered mail is available as an upgrade.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time:
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel.
Estimated delivery is within 10 to 20 business days to most regions.
No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays (Japan time zone).

Customs Duties & Import Taxes :
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Regulations and thresholds vary by country, especially in the US, UK, and EU.

Courier Upgrades (FedEx, etc.):
Depending on the weight, destination, or customer preference, we may use FedEx or other courier services to ensure faster or more secure delivery.
In some cases, FedEx may be automatically selected if it offers a lower shipping cost than Japan Post for your order, or for larger orders.
For smaller packages, FedEx is also available as an optional upgrade for an additional cost.

How to Check Shipping Costs:
To estimate your shipping cost, simply add items to your cart and use the "Get shipping estimates" section after entering your country and zip code.
The shipping fee shown at checkout is valid only for orders placed on our website.

Processing Time:
Most packages are dispatched within two (2) business days after an order is processed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
