I love these small cups and I love Mashiko!
Each cup has a subtle, well crafted texture, typical of Mashiko's best. A is bumpy and mineral, B is smooth and delightfully soft with a hint of minerality, F is seductively glossy.
The combination of this small yunomi design and Mashiko is a dream come true!!
I was hesitant to buy this, since it doesn't look exciting in the photos...
But it is stunning, with a creamy yellowish glow and a lovely smooth texture. The rim has a classic Tamba Tachikui metal glaze. The texture reminds me of an ostrich egg. (yes, I have had this cup teasingly compared to an egg by a few people)
The heat distribution is just amazing!
This is not a photogenic cup, so don't be fooled! This is a stunner with subtle features, bubbles under the glaze and crazing.

The colours stand out. It is light and perfectly made with a soft smooth texture. The blue glaze produces a subtle bump and the perfect heat distribution adds to the amazing feel of this cup.
I apologise if this review is a bit sparse, but the photos really express what this cup is better than I could. I strongly recommend this gem!
