A rare type of yunomi cup from Echizen ware.
The surface is decorated using the Tobikanna technique, in which a chisel is applied to the clay while the cup is rotating on the wheel, creating a rhythmic carved pattern.
The exterior is left unglazed, preserving the natural texture of the clay, while the interior is glazed for practical daily use.
