Beautiful bamboo basket vase by Ippo Torii (1930–2011).
He succeeded his father, who was also a bamboo craft artist, and created numerous works.
He received multiple awards at the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition), and his works are part of the permanent collection at the de Young Museum in San Francisco.
