Eizo Mukunoki (1942-) was a ceramic artist from Shimane Prefecture.
He moved to Kyoto to become a potter and studied ceramics as an apprentice to Kanjiro Kawai in his later years for 10 years. He learned the Migei (folk art) philosophy and techniques of Kawai Kanjiro.

After the death of Kanjiro Kawai, he stopped making any ceramics for one year. After that, he was awarded numerous prizes at the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, the National Exhibition, the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition, the Kinki Branch Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition, the Japan Folk Crafts Museum Exhibition, and other exhibitions, achieving excellent results.
